So you have been wanting to travel for so long but haven’t gotten the guts to hit the road? What are you waiting for? What are you afraid of? Traveling can leave you breathless and turn you into a storyteller, they said. If you are a beginner of this traveling thingy, don’t worry! I’m here to help you go from a noob to a snob. When you are new at this, you need to take note on some things you definitely will need.
Ready To Hit The Road!
Who doesn’t get ecstatic stepping our feet to the new world and breathing the fresh air in a place you have never been to? If you don’t then you are a big liar! Push yourself out there and throw away something that holds you back from traveling. This could be a start of something you. Here are travel tips for beginners:
- Be realistic. You can’t have fun all the time and that’s perfectly okay. You have to know that your body needs rest after a week full of experience and adrenaline.
- Pack wisely. You may want to bring this and that and put them into your suitcase, but it’s traveling not moving out your bedroom or apartment. Bring anything personal necessity: 4 pairs of clothes, medicine, cords, sanitary equipment, and instant foods.
- Manage your cash. Always keep your ATM card with you and make a withdrawal just as you need for meals and transportation. So when you’re robbed or losing your money, you are not game over yet.
- Be careful. Your destination place can be a lot of different from your own town. Stay awake and stay aware of your surroundings. Remember that you can’t trust everyone.
The hugest risk of travel is not robbers, pickpockets, jet lag, getting lost, but the addiction!
